What areas do you service?
We are based on the Sunshine Coast and work throughout the coast and greater Brisbane, including the hinterland, Caboolture, North Lakes and the northern suburbs. If you are unsure whether we cover your suburb, call and ask.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Electrical Licence 146529, ARC Licence L145136 for refrigerant handling and air conditioning, and Solar accreditation A2573222. We carry full public liability insurance, and ABN 81 518 177 255.
How much does a callout cost?
Residential work is quoted as a fixed price before we start, so you know the number up front. Emergency and after hours attendance is charged at a rate we tell you on the phone before we leave.
Do you offer 24/7 emergency service?
Yes. Genuine 24 hour, 7 day emergency response for loss of power, burning smells, tripping safety switches, storm damage and anything else that cannot wait until morning.
Will you give me a written quote?
Always, for anything beyond a simple callout. The quote itemises what is included so you can compare it properly against anyone else you are speaking to.
Who will turn up at my house?
Scott or one of our licensed electricians, in a PMU branded van and shirt. You will know who is coming before they arrive.
Do you handle compliance paperwork?
Yes. Certificates of testing and compliance are issued where the work requires them, and we provide all solar and air conditioning documentation on completion.
Can you work with my builder or property manager?
Regularly. We work with builders on new homes and renovations, and with property managers on rental compliance including smoke alarms and safety switches.
